I don't buy the accidental "dimpling" simply because handling accidents should not affect democratic dimples more than it does republican ones. It is clear that there are ballots with dimples at the locations of real candidates why not accept that in such ballots dimples are voters' intent? Any detachment surely should be considered voter's intent.
