But I believe you have now lost your cool because I didn't buy your story or opinion, and that's a shame. I carefully considered what you cited and stated that while I personally did not like or agree with the finding in that cited case, I did understand the reasoning behind it. I then stated that I would wait until further findings in the current case were made. I merely reposted the statutes because another poster made the request.
