it's a so what kind of worry on the part of the author. If they did this is would be like this. But they are not, so, so what. In other words, they are creating a worry. Now if you want to worry about something worry about companies not being able to use option for employee compensation. I mention lack of being able to use options as worry for NTAP as the stock stays down for a long time.
