CG, Generally, institutions hire managers with specific mandates, based on combinations of Canadian/US/European equities, large/small cap, value/growth etc. So, as you suspect, someone who had a small cap mandate, or an 'aggressive equity' mandate might look at something like DMX. Frankly, stocks like this don't show up in pension accounts too often. They tend to stick with large cap stuff (Peter Lynch had that right). I didn't have time to read the Caisse stuff, sorry. David
