cat: Who knows what will happen this week -- but I would not count out the ferrocity of this bear too easily. Volume is picking up -- people are selling and it does not look like we have climaxed. If there are few buyers and more of those who are antsy just want out, then the selling can drive us off a cliff. On the other hand, there will be lots of attempts to "stabilize" the market with reassuring statements about how "everything is fine". Good luck.
