Looks like we should get a ruling this morning and I suspect in Bush's favor. Can't see anything that would cause the FSSC to overrule so I think this one is done.

I think the FSSC could overrule on just about anything, if they chose to do so.

As a Bush supporter, I find myself torn about what I am hoping for. If Sauls finds for Bush and the SC later demands a partial recount of just Gore counties that would certainly put Gore ahead - assuming they count dimples.

In this case, wouldn't it have been better for Bush to have Sauls order a state-wide recount without dimples? That would have the added plus of probably taking too long to complete, thus causing a reversion to the original certified count or throwing it to the Fl. Lesislature.

Be careful, you might get what you hope for. <g>
