Hi Ray,

Swiss bonds could be a good hedge, I don't know much about the costs of trading foreign bonds. It seems that the money will move towards the EU. Maybe Euro bonds would have more risk therefore more return. But, there are many European banks that hold large positions in Junk bonds, at least from the information I have.

There are probably more knowledgeable members here than I, that could share a more experienced thought on this subject.

In my simulated portfolio, I added some Junk and some Treasury futures. Last night the Professor and I ran the returns on the benchmark, he was pretty excited as it looks like it might be doubling the Lehman index's returns. Have to recheck the this morning.
