Partition Magic from PowerQuest powerquest.com can do this quickly, easily, painlessly, and without losing data. You could also do this with FDISK, but it would be one awkward and inconvenient process. FDISK will destroy your data, so you'd need some method of saving your stuff and restoring the re-configured disk.

and welcome to the thread. i definitely second pw's recommendation of partition magic. it works both ways to either create partitions or to delete and merge them. chalk me up as another fan of partition magic.
