ichael: On no new news the NAZ is down 77 as I write. This is BS. It was all brought about by the pride and stupidity of the 2 AG's. Since Gore is a psychopath I can excuse him but Greenspan has been DEAD wrong on the last 3 hikes. As I said he had better do something and do it fast. Seideman's comments are a hopeful sign that the rest of the elders are awaking from their nap! JFD

I presume you are saying that judge Sauls will not permit the handcount.

Do you have any basis in Law or just a wish??

Legally, if there is a possibility of a change in outcome, and the statistician who said it would was not challenged, then the judge will "probably" order the recount.
