Eric,
Telstra and Bell Mobility should be bolded as they are CDMA carriers(Telstra is both). I find it strange that Hutchinson isn't on the list?

I may be wrong but I thought QWEST (not listed in bold) was CDMA.

edit- I see that you corrected that in a later post.
