Hi JB, Yes, we had a long nasty battle here last night. You're lucky to have missed it, believe me. I think that Polvie's entreaties have quieted things , at least until after Christmas. sigh Yes, I think Carpino is very good. . The Naz is weakening this morning, so maybe a retest is in the cards after all. I'm a little suprised at the strength in the Dow, to tell you the truth. I bought QCOM calls this morning, but am basically going to watch and wait for these legal decisions to take any significant positions. What do you like long here, BTW?
