Took a position in NVLS today. I made a lot of money on stocks in this sector in a previous downturn, and right now I think the industry is very oversold. Also bought XLNX today, only to watch it drop in after hours trading from an earnings warning.

Relative basis ? Orders can be pushed-out and cancelled if we have a significant downturn. I guess the relative basis can change.

There is weakness being disclosed by companies in the PC and telecommunications markets. I remember seeing NVLS at less than $20 per share pre-split in 1998.
