My 78 year old mother, a life long Democrat, told me last week she was going to change her registration to Republican.

This isn't the first anecdotal evidence I have heard about a backlash against Democrats. All of it has to do with that silly - at least to Democrats - concept of what's fair.

I think that maybe this theory of the Dems capturing both houses in 2 years may be as valid as the "hard rubber" theory that Gore's expert was nailed on.
