Good Point. I would also say that judges sometimes have their decision worked upon as the trial is going on. I think he must have been reviewing everything over the past few days.

I would note that the Judge was asked if he could have a ruling last night and he said basically no comment. Obviously he did not rule yesterday.

I still think he will rule against Gore.
