Hi Bob,

The NDX is sliding downhill again. Perhaps UOPIX has a good chance of reaching my preliminary buy target of 30 if this selling continues throughout the day. I may decline to buy at all if Gore is given ANY morsel of hope in any of the multiple legal wars he is waging.

Will you be scaling in today? The bears are growling louder and louder over on MITA and MDD threads. This may well be a bullish sign in itself.

I would expect that a "true" hedge fund should be able to adjust to market conditions (I have no idea whether Craemer's hedge fund actually hedges or not though). Mutual fund managers that are stuck not being able to short or hedge are having a hard time making money and will continue to have a hard time if markets keep going down.
