I wonder how long it would take for Judge Sauls or a special master or a team of special masters to complete a manual recount. The way I understood Ahmann's testimony, sometimes a loose chad gets into a card and changes the result, and sometimes a ballot can have both a punched out vote and a stylus bump. So I just don't see how you can do anything but look at every card, to be fair.
