CNBC - US Supreme Courts sends decision back to FL Supreme Courts for possible reconsideration and clarification. Hmmmm.... seems to not be such a big deal after all. Market started to rally then gave up. Still not that good for Gore perhaps. Judge Saul decision much bigger now (due about 2pm EST?)
