Well, they are going to have to rule pretty soon, because right now Bush is ahead in Florida by over 900 votes.

FWIW The way I understand the SC ruling is that they asked the FLA SC why they ruled the way they did, and want to hear their explanation of their interpretation of the law for the recounts, but I'm no lawyer, so take it with a grain of salt.
