tom, The BTK index is more volatile than the compx. If you look at my standard charts for assessing the linkage (BTK/DRG vs COMPX/INDU) you see that we are tightly linked for the past few days. I've looked briefly at the Supreme Court's decision today - basically it was: Dear Florida Supreme Court: Please rewrite the reasons for your decision. Yours Sincerely, US Supreme Court. P.S. If you read our opinion, you should be able to figure out how to make your reasons consonant with what we want. <G> Peter
