Boise based his closing arguments completely on the decision of the Florida Supreme Court. Now that the Florida Supreme Court's decision has been "vacated" will Boise ask for a second chance to argue?
Greta on CNN is incredibly biased. To say it is an advantage for Gore.

The Florida Supreme Court will have to say they erred. There was no legal basis for them to overturn laws set by the Florida legislature, which are provided for by the United States Constitution in Article II. They caused the situation these laws were supposed to prevent; enough time for a contest; and the assurance that
Florida's slate of electors will be certified by the deadline of December 12th. December 12th is the date set by Federal laws; even though Gore's side is trying to deny this now.

It doesn't just change the vote total, as the Florida Supreme Court decision is now overruled. It means Gore et al filed their contest too late; more than 10 days after the results were certified.

"The judgement of the Supreme Court is therefore vacated, and the case is remanded for further proceedings not inconsistent with this opinion."

The USSC is chickening out and saying "Trying it again, FSC, and get it right this time. But you were wrong the first time by not abiding by Article II or Title 3, Section 5 of the United States Constition."

Gore's team should have not challenge the original certification date, but they prefer to blame it on Katherine Harris.

I hope Judge Sauls dismisses the cases or puts it on hold till the FSC makes a new decision which has to reviewed by the USSC, so bye bye to any more recounts.
