This is sufficient reason for us to decline at this time to review the federal questions asserted to be present. I think this is the whole enchilada as far as their decision goes. It is in essence a clear no decision. People may want to read whatever political bias they want into this, but all they have done is decline to review, while requiring a higher standard on the Florida Supreme Court with respect to justifying its decision. I don't know. Call me a little silly, but I think the Supreme Court just now gave clear guidance to the Florida Supreme Court on how to frame their opinion so that it sticks.
