I am not sure. It is, as far as I can see, too late to rehear the case, and I doubt they have any better grounds than those in the 42 page decision to interfere. Since those grounds were deemed insufficient, I think that the FSC was taken to the woodshed, period, and that Katherine Harris is now at liberty to certify the results submitted on the first deadline, with the absentee count. Of course, elements of the contest are still in litigation......
