Hi Jens, da war AMD wohl etwas übereifrig (English translation to follow <g>). Ich schätze mal, dass das intern nicht abgesprochen war (sprich: Kommunikationsproblem zwischen AMD USA und AMD Deutschland). Aber wenn das tatsächlich das Ziel für 2001 ist, sind das hervorragende Nachrichten: Das wäre ein Zuwachs um 42% beim Prozessorumsatz! (bei gleich bleibenden ASPs) For our English speaking friends: Jens discovered that in AMD Germany's original press release on amd.de they stated a goal of 40 million CPUs in 2001. This was later edited out but Reuters still has the number in its story. It could be an internal goal which is not yet official. Andreas PS: Schreibst du eigentlich auch bei Wallstreet-Online?
