jttmab, I think we have a draw. The Florida Supreme Court decision was neither reversed nor affirmed, it was vacated, but obviously the Florida Supreme Court was given another opportunity to get it right, if they can.

The FL Supreme Court spokesman read a statement and used the words "the US Supreme Court reversed the decision..."
