With respect to the issue before Judge Clark concerning Seminole County, there was no problem with the ballots per se, there was a problem with the request for absentee ballots. There wasn't a blank to put the voter's registration number. Same as Martin County, now before Judge Lewis, the judge who ruled that Sec. Harris did not abuse her discretion.

I don't want to get into the rights or wrongs of the issues here, I am posting on other threads where debating these issues makes more sense.

I just want to observe that, to the extent that a relief rally may or may not occur, these may be issues worth watching. In the long run, they are just blips.

I believe Wanniski's representation of the ballot application situation is not quite accurate..the ballot applications, according to the complaint, had already been declared void under Section 101.62, by the Supervisor of Elections. It was after this point that the corrections were made by the Republican Party members.
