<Earnings Play Update> Stock Number 2 for December 7 (see top of today's watch list for earnings table) is showing some strong anticipatory upswing. It broke out of a congestion area of 19 5/8 and should continue to move up especially if the nasdaq rallies a bit.

well....more delay....either way Gore team will appeal Judge Sauls decision....back to FL Supreme court....

I think all this just proves how weak the Judical branch of government is...

FL legislature...then US congress will intervene...Gore goes down in history very negatively...and if the republic survives we survive?
