They do seem to have vacated it (see the URL I posted previously, right near the end of the opinion). I'm not sure they've precluded the Florida S.C. reaching the same result again, though.

Dear Ken: I care not one whit what you think. You are totally biased and unwilling to admit the severe danger Gore is putting this country in. Has nothing even to do with Gore anymore, he has lost, this is now a pure Democrat power ploy which this is the improper thread to discuss it on. If you wish to further this discussion come over to the George Bush thread where it is regularly discussed. JDN
