Since this U.S. Supreme court action wasn't a ruling one way or the other, maybe they don't announce how the court was divided on the decision to vacate. At least, I haven't heard the split announced have you?

Who foots the bill for all this legal wrangling? Is it the political parties or the candidates or is their some divine right to representation at state's expense?

Would hate to think of my SEC fees going anywhere near those leeches (Boies and co). heh heh.

Mr. Tutt, I beg to disagree. In Preston v. US Steel he was almost disbarred, but that is another story! I don't think he is doing a good job for his Client Al Gore; not that I wish either of them luck! He spends a lot of time on CNN doing PR, hoping to BS the public!
