I agree with that Alan...if they can't win...they're certainly going to cast doubt on everything...especially the Fl Legislature

The FL legislature will only act if it has to. I think what this decision does is back things up to the point where the FLSS certified Bush as the winner of FL's ec votes, so no legislature action is needed.
