I do not believe the Legislature has to act, at least for now. There currently exists a certified vote count for FL. The Governor has signed off on that certification. I am sure that the Governor will not sign off on any other elector slate that is different. 3 USC 15 clearly states that IF the Congress is presented with TWO elector slates, the Congress MUST accept the slate that is signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the State. That slate already exists and has been signed by Jeb Bush. To my knowledge, no court has render that elector slate to be invalid. CB--Please concur. TG
