not all Republicans believe that the law should be upheld only when it helps Republicans

Of course they don't believe that in principle. Only in practice. There were clear violations of the law affecting absentee ballots which gave Bush his current margin. Why aren't you up in arms about this?

Even more important, why is the press not discussing this? The liberal weenies in the press are terrified by big bad Republicans, and are afraid to invoke criticism. Why did they never pursue W's insider trading problems during the election, or any of his other character issues?

In a way I hope that Bush does win, so that the press can exorcise all of their Watergate demons, and regain some cajones. What a bunch of wimps!
