If they based their ruling on state law, then they had the power to do so. Be that as it may, the Dems have lost what they need most right now--time. Plus they have the two Big Roadblocks ahead of them: the FL legislature and the US House, both of which appear determined to give Mr. Bush his victory. s. P.S. FLEX and JBL appear to be buys again, FWIW. At least short term buys.
