Last week, the FL SC ruled that votes cannot be cancelled on a technicality. This was a message to the Seminole judge that they will overrule any decision to throw those votes out.

Gore is toast.

"sure looks like they (repubs) are going to lose those (Seminole County) votes"

When all of the things the demos have been saying would happen DO NOT happen, what will you say?

1) Your item above WILL NOT happen.

2) Sauls WILL throw out the case. He is making sure the USSC information doesn't contradict what he was about to rule. He may be changing the count back to 930 (as 11-14).

3) The FLSC may decide not to change their reasoning for writing new law because they actually needed that argument to make their case. If they don't have a case without it, they will have to overrule themselves. Maybe they put that stipulation (state constitution trumps state legislature) in just for fun, but my guess is that they thought it was needed.

Today is going to be your last day of optimism I believe.

You need to get used to the sound of "President Bush". Your next President. Why don't you stand in front of the mirror and practice for a few hours?
