Scrapps,

No matter how the SC ruling is spun, it comes up a big-time defeat for Gore. The FLSC can only attempt (if they even choose to try) to relook at the issue at hand with "new rules" (actually "old rules" that the court failed to take into account the 1st time around). This in effect levels the playing field to that of the existing law, not what the judiciary chooses to be [new] law.

Regards...

Actually the Florida SC was put into a bad light by Boies, they know it, he knows it. The USSC has given the FLSC a new beginning. If they do decide to keep the same ruling, it will show just how partisan they really are. Their only option would be to reverse their own ruling and pin the entire thing on Boies and his lies. If that happens I would bet Boies should climb into someones car trunk and try to get across the border before he gets caught...
