the Broward hand job should be nullified. US Sup CT says nothing about intervening events. The Broward hand count was an event which occured under existing legal authority at that time. There was no certification so the canvassing board had authority and jurisdiction to exercise the count. Is the Broward hand count entitled to be considered as prima facie correct? Yes it is.
