No, I think that morality, broadly, is a matter of philosophical rationality, not faith. The fact that there is disagreement mainly means that the details are disputable, and that it is hard to be dispassionate about such matters.

The simplest way of understanding the basis for morality is to see it as a way of fulfilling the nature of man, which requires that he live in a certain kind of society, and abide by certain rules. Man has a stake in society because he is not fully human without it, and once he has a stake in society, many moral rules are pretty evident.........
