Keith,

I think the following is the formula Rajala is using to come up with his millions down the road:

Rajalas Wireless Investment Strategy =
((GPRS x (Mangolia, Poland, Cezk Replic, and AT&T)
+ (2.5G Edge x AT&T)
+ (WCDMA x World - (QCOM x zero royality))
+ (Gore Win )
+ (NOK * 1 Billion Plastic Pounds)
+ (China * 1 billion Fortune Cookies)
+ (India * 100K Tons of Curry)

Gee, last chance. I love it. It makes my humble scribblings sound so dramatic. Like O.J. Simpson driving the ballot boxes to Florida court.

What materially inaccurate statements are you referring to?

It must be branding the Q´s continuous efforts in China as "world´s longest premature ejaculation", surely. That´s not very material. Not at least if you check the results (=0).

Or maybe its the IPR issue. WCDMA written by some other guys, who also happened to win the 3G battle.

Why wouldn´t you clarify what "materially inaccurate statements" are you talking about.
