you seem to be using "your knowledge," whereas I am reciting a detailed opinion from the news. clearly we have differing "knowledge." i think it was also remanded. i have seen the entire opinion, but haven't read it, and don't really feel like it either. from the New York Times: In a decision that represented neither triumph nor disaster for either presidential candidate, the United States Supreme Court today set aside, at least for the moment, the Florida Supreme Court ruling that had extended by 12 days the state's deadline for counting votes in the presidential election.
