Never happen. You also said the USSC would never vacate the FLSC position. By now you should realize the mix of politics and law is very volatile and the only thing we can be sure of is that we can be sure of nothing. JLA

If those Seminole and Martin county ballots weren't enough to overturn the election, I'd certainly agree, toss them all and give a sharp rebuke to elections officials for openly partisan behavior. But overturning a presidential election seems a bit drastic as a remedy.
