Frank, Your statement would make sense if you replaced "Dems" with "Republicans". For once you're right. Congratulations! Rejoice! It doesn't happen often. Regarding all the other points, the press may be duping both or one of us as they would like to do with regard to matters of personal finance. Not being a lawyer, all the information I've gathered is from the press which of course is always highly suspect. The information I've heard from the press is that: 1) it is not a ruling per se; and 2) there is no way to know if it is a unanimous decision. As an example of the press, I also heard one report that said the federal Supreme Court "overturned" the state Supreme Court. Go figure. I resent the inference about a cute turtle.
