Robert, I agree with everything you said except that a higher price will bring them more exposure. I think market cap is what really matters and a reverse split won't change mkt cap. Obviously shareholders agreed with you and my boatload voted against the measure didn't change the overwhelming majority. Although I'd never call 86.47% overwhelming unless of course one is running for President of the United States.

I wonder how low the share price has to go before management believes they're appropriately priced for their share buyback program. With an average daily volume of 49,232 shares and an authorized buyback of 1 million shares (http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/001115/wa_intl_ab.html) and having only bought back a mere pittance of 24,000 shares or 2.4% of the authorized buyback as of Dec 11th (http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/001212/wa_intl_ab.html) they hardly show any conviction to their buyback. If management can use superfluous superlatives I guess I can too. At this rate it'll take them 42 months to complete the buyback. Unless they're waiting for their price which seems to be below $0.36.

I'm also wondering when their kitty litter products will show up in any stores where I can buy it. The only place I've found is their own web site. As for the Puppy Go Potty product they're up against Purina on that one as they also have a product out. I read an article about that somewhere but sorry I don't have a link to it.

Hopefully the price will pick up soon ;-(
