BTW, Bush won the vote in FL. The popular vote is an irrelevancy. And I might turn your analysis on its head. Despite a great economy, peace and prosperity and with the incumbency advantage Gore was unable to successfully overcome a primary weakened challenger. JLA

This is such a great story that the media will keep it alive for 4 years. The public is sick of it already so I doubt this will be front page news after next week. Face it Gore lost, oh I know he really won so ok he won. Happy?
