Then why doesn't the market believe the good Mr Chambers? Don't answer, it's rhetorical. It's absurd for him to say things are OK. Investments sour, JNPR stealing business, big cap tech spending down, dot-com collapse, and on and on and on.

i am merely doubting his ability to see one year ahead when GTW's management couldn't even see nine days ahead.
if there is a recession , his forecast will not come true.
