Regardless of what anyone's position is, one fact is sure about today's US SC action...

It shows that the opinion of the Florida SC, as expressed in writing, lacks the clarity required in normal court opinions and perhaps even legitimacy.

This is a blow for Gore, for sure. However, the jury is still out as to whether Boies can pull another rabbit out of his hat. Perhaps he'll do a better job of writing the Florida SC's opinion this time around...
