You are a pragmatic observer, and I like that. I should point out that putting Gore in the White House might be a good thing for a judge's career.

I'll even gamble and say that the Seminole County ruling will go in Bush's favor, of course I could be wrong since she is not pro-Bush since being turned down by Jeb. But OTOH if she wants a future... well I think she's a smart Judge.

I wouldn't be so sure. From the little I've heard on the news programs, that one seems to have the strongest precedents for tossing all of the absentee ballots. No presidency for GWB if that happens.
