I don't think Judge Sauls will do anything until after the FL SC acts on the remand (assuming there was a remand as I haven't seen the opinion as yet). That being the case and with the anticipated appeal, there is just no time to resolve this matter before Dec. 12. all but assuring action by the FL legislature IMO. Even if the leglislature fails to act, because of the timetable, I don't see how the certified electors could be unseated by Dec. 18. when the vote takes place. Even then if contested in the House, the probabilities do not favor Gore. JLA
