I'd say that was a big miss by the auditors-though it may very well be a matter of opinion/consensus within the profession, and that consensus may have recently evolved. If that's the case, I understand. But as a shareholder, I think we should expect conservative accounting. That means that, if there is a material entry that is subject to any conjecture at all, the company should fully-disclose (or even over-disclose) all the details in a footnote. I am now waiting for WINR management to disclose via e-mail to Ed, PR, or however they choose, an even fuller explanation of how this credit got there, and how it got eliminated...
