yes lawdog, Justice Ginsberg found a way for the USSC to avoid an embarassing situation where they had granted certiorari in a case where they should have just declined review.

The Supreme Court of the United States, in a unanimous decision, vacated the ruling of the Florida Supreme Court, because there were no adequate grounds for the decision rendered. That is a very decisive action on the part of the USSC.........
