Dog, then what is the Florida SC's answer? As I told Ken, it appears that you guys have this wrapped-up, and I want to know what your basis is for being so positive. I find nothing negative in the US SC's action for the Bush case. If you do, what? IMHO, the US SC wants the Florida SC to do one of the following: 1) Explain how it reached its decision w/o violating federal law, or 2) reach a new decision that is consistent with federal law as outlined in the US Supreme Court's order.
