RE:"The Bush voting expert being caught lying about the chads, combined with the testimony concerning Republican abuse of the absentee ballots in Seminole County, has indeed enhanced my enthusiasm"

Cool, it would be great if 5000 absentee ballots voted legitimally, were thrown out and Gore wins. On top of that, it was really clever how Gore made sure a bunch of military absentee ballots were disqualified...as well as expanding the vote count in very Democratic counties.
Gore is clever and deserves the Presidency. He can trick our allies too...

Scumbria,

Are you aware that there is a nearly identical action to the Seminole county suit in Martin county? Martin, if decided for Gore and the absentee vote thrown out, would result in a net gain of 2,815 Gore votes. About the only difference is that the Republicans were allowed to take the applications home in Martin, in Seminole they used the election office to "revisit" the applications.
